Description: Universal Sawing Fluid RR is a blue coloured, water miscible, semi synthetic biostable cutting and grinding fluid for both ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Excelfluid RR contains a relatively high emulsifier to oil ratio which results in a highly stable micro emulsion being formed when the concentrate is added to water. This promotes improved wetting characteristics and allows for excellent workpiece visibility. The boron biostable performance additives offer excellent resistance to bacterial proliferation and improve hard water compatibility. Universal Sawing Fluid RR is suitable for a variety of metalworking operations including sawing, milling, turning, drilling and grinding on low and medium tensile ferrous and non-ferrous materials. It is suitable for centralised and CNC machining.

Description: Biodegradable neat cutting fluid based on a synthesised ester derived from a fatty acid of vegetable origin and is formulated to provide outstanding cutting performance while having high levels of operator acceptability.

Ultra-low odour, low misting product capable of providing the ultimate surface finish on a variety of metal grinding and cutting operations, and is particularly suitable for machining aluminium. This ultra-high lubricity cutting fluid promotes extended tool life and increased production rates.

Description:  Machine System Cleaner

High performance machine system cleaner

Description:

Machine System Cleaner is a highly effective, formaldehyde free biocidal cleaning agent designed for the sterilisation of machine tools where water-mix metalworking fluids are employed.

Machine System Cleaner is highly effective at lifting oily residues and swarf from heavily contaminated systems, whilst at the same time killing bacteria and fungal spores.

Used at a concentration of 2%, HD System Cleaner should be added to the in-use metalworking fluid and circulated for between 24 and 48 hours prior to fluid change. The “old” fluid should then be drained from the machine and the system flushed with fresh clean water before the machine is filled with a new charge of metalworking fluid.
