TECHNICAL DATA:
                Turntable; Left & right mitre, past 45°, to 60°.  Fast set-up, saw bow rotates, material does not move.

            Mitre angle;  Large scale with pointer, pre-set every 15°

Blades;  34mm, 1¼” blade for fast accurate cutting.  Size – 5200 x 34 x 1.1mm 

            Controls;  Push button controls of all machine functions on fixed panel

Downfeed:  Automatic pressure control to reduce downfeed and protect blade when cutting sections

Blade guidance;  Tungsten carbide pads and roller bearings to ensure accurate cuts, even on mitres

Bow height;  Manual setting of bow height from control panel

Vices;  Heavy duty hydraulic vices to securely clamp material.  Full stroke cylinder

Mitre vices;  Moving vice slides laterally to accommodate 2-way mitre cutting

Swarf;  Separate swarf brush to remove swarf from blade prior to entry into material

Blade speed:  Infinitely variable 20-120 m/min

Coolant;  Independent sealed unit, recirculating from machine base, supplied to both guide arms
