Overview

The MEP TIGER 352 SX EVO is a heavy duty vertical column action semi-automatic circular saw designed for fast cutting of heavier steel sections and solid bars. The hydro-pneumatic operation of the saw head provides a smooth vertical downfeed rate for fast cutting and optimum blade life. It has mitre cutting capabilities in both directions and is fitted with a cutting speed regulator.

  • Anti-burr clamp with double locking system
  • User friendly control panel includes programmable sawing stroke, saw head feed rate control and LED diagnostics display
  • Cast iron structure absorbs vibration for cut stability and longer blade life
  • Motor and gearbox mounted on dual precision linear rails to reduce vibration
  • Two-stage gear transmission guarantees a high cutting efficiency and torque
  • Blade speeds of 15, 30, 45 & 90rpm
  • Vertical pneumatic vice
  • Internal recirculating coolant pump
  • Adjustable pneumatic vice pressure
  • Replaceable blade brush
