Heavy duty, semi-automatic, twin column bandsaw, designed for cutting of all types of material including solids and heavy wall sections

Standard Specification
  • Belt driven selected blade speeds of 25, 32, 42, 55, 70 & 80m/min
  • Split front vice to minimise burr by clamping both sides of the material either side of the blade
  • Blade width 41mm
  • Very heavy-duty construction for cutting of solid billets including stainless steels and inconels
  • Hydraulic bow lift and hydraulic vices
  • Hydraulic blade tension for easy blade change and accurate, fast cutting
  • Shadow lamp positioned above blade to aid accurate positioning of material
  • Recirculating coolant system
  • Serrated, hydraulic lift roller within the bed of the machine raises when the vices are unclamped
